⛏️ Mining with 1–5 KH/s

A free, dedicated p2pool-nano instance for every miner, plus a public Monero node. Each address gets its own instance, so payouts go straight to you on-chain. No account, no fees, nothing held by the operator.

./xmrig -o xmrpool.tech4ai.net:3334 -u YOUR_MONERO_ADDRESS.myrig -p x -r 100 -R 10

First connection takes about 5 minutes. The service starts your own p2pool instance and waits for it to sync the sidechain. Until then the login is answered with “instance is still starting”. xmrig normally retries by itself; the -r 100 -R 10 flags make it retry every 10 s, up to 100 times. If your miner gives up, just start it again after a few minutes. Use your wallet's primary address: subaddresses, integrated addresses and exchange deposit addresses are refused.

How it works

p2pool pays the wallet its node was started with and ignores the stratum username, so one shared node can only ever pay its operator. Instead, this service starts a separate p2pool-nano instance for each address:

your miner → router (reads your address) → your own p2pool-nano instance (--wallet YOUR_ADDRESS) → nano sidechain

Your shares are recorded on the sidechain under your address. When anyone on the nano sidechain finds a Monero block, the reward is split across everyone with shares in the window, and your part is paid on-chain directly from the block reward, exactly as if you ran your own node. The operator never holds your funds.

Same payouts and same luck as running your own node: the shared sidechain, not the node, pools everyone's shares. If you can, running your own p2pool is still the most decentralised option.

2. What to expect

p2pool-nano pays everyone who has at least one share in the last 2160 shares (about 18 hours) each time the pool finds a Monero block. The amount is proportional to your share of the pool's work, and it arrives directly in your wallet as part of the block reward.

Your hashrateAverage time to find a sharePaid in most block windows?
1.5 KH/s~24 h
3 KH/s~12 h
5 KH/s~7 h

Figures use the nano sidechain difficulty measured on 2026-09-26 (≈130M). Difficulty changes with total pool hashrate, so times scale up or down with it. Payments are small and frequent; mining rewards are never guaranteed.

Check your shares and payouts on nano.p2pool.observer by searching for your address.

3. Public Monero node (for wallets)

Use this as a remote node in Feather, Cake Wallet, Monero GUI/CLI, etc.

Remote node (RPC)xmrpool.tech4ai.net:28089 (restricted, read-only)
P2P (for other nodes)xmrpool.tech4ai.net:28080
monero-wallet-cli --daemon-address xmrpool.tech4ai.net:28089 --trusted-daemon=no

This node is pruned and connection-limited per IP. As with any remote node, the operator can see your IP address. For best privacy, run your own node.
